The cut-to-length flying shear line produced by our company has good cutting quality, cut-to-length precision, neat cutting surface, wide cut-to-length adjustment range, and a certain cutting speed. It can cut 150 sheets per minute, and the maximum operating speed is 80 meters per minute. T2150 deep hole drilling and boring machine

T2250A series deep hole drilling and boring machine is a new generation of deep hole drilling and boring machine product developed on the basis of our company's old and mature product T2250 deep hole drilling and boring machine. According to the length of the workpiece, the product uses two processing techniques: short workpieces are oiled by an oil applicator and hydraulically tightened; long workpieces are oiled by the tail of a boring bar and clamped by a four-jaw chuck. The oil applicator adopts an innovative spindle structure, which greatly improves the load-bearing performance and higher rotation accuracy. The bed guide rail adopts double rectangular guide rails suitable for deep hole processing machine tools, which has a large bearing capacity and a better guide progress: the guide rails have been quenched and have high wear resistance. Suitable for boring and rolling processing in machine tool manufacturing, locomotives, ships, coal mining machines, hydraulics, power machinery, pneumatic machinery and other industries, so that the roughness of the workpiece can reach 0.4-0.8um. T2125 deep hole boring machine

T2225 T2235 deep hole boring machine is a special machine tool for processing cylindrical parts. It can boring through-hole stepped holes. The boring method is push boring, and the chip removal method uses forward chip removal. It is suitable for mass production. Production is also suitable for single-piece small batch production. This machine tool is a series of products, and various deformed products can be provided according to user needs.
