cut to lenghth line
The cut-to-length flying shear line produced by our company has good cutting quality, cut-to-length precision, neat cutting surface, wide cut-to-length adjustment range, and a certain cutting speed. It can cut 150 sheets per minute, and the maximum operating speed is 80 meters per minute. The six-fold multi-roll leveling machine is adopted, and the sheet is smooth and scratch-free; the flying shear is driven by a servo motor with high cutting precision; double-station stacking is efficient and fast. It is widely used in processing cold-rolled carbon steel, silicon steel, tinplate, stainless steel and various metal materials after surface coating.
