This production line is an upgraded model of the medium plate uncoiling and leveling production line. Steel mills continue to introduce steel coil products with greater thickness and wider plate width. In order to meet the needs of Kaiping, our company specially designed and manufactured this series of products. And adjust the design plan according to customer needs at any time. The embossing part is welded by steel plates, spanning the uncoiler, the four-column frame structure pressing mechanism connected with the pinch and preliminary alignment machine, equipped with powerful shovel head, hydraulic movable straight head, pressing rubber roller, large leveling and shearing equipment. Used for leveling and slitting thicker metal coils. Equipped with double-head trimming machine and side wire winding machine can obtain high-quality four trimming plates.

It is usually composed of hydraulic loading trolley, decoiler, hydraulic feeder, thickening and straightening machine, transition table, correction mechanism, leveling unit, shearing machine, palletizing platform, hydraulic system, electrical control system, etc. At the same time, it can be equipped with trimming machine, slitting machine, side wire winding machine and other mechanisms according to user needs to obtain four trimming plates or slitting and cutting the steel plate along the length direction. For fixed-length control, the DC digital control system of Eurotherm is mostly used for control.
