MACHINE INTRODUCTION

Model OLT-1530 is an exchange table enclosed fiber laser cutting machine developed by Ocean Link for the actual needs of the sheet metal processing industry. The front and rear platforms are quickly and parallel exchanged, which greatly reduces the time used for loading and unloading and improves processing efficiency.

It is mainly used for ordinary carbon steel plates, stainless steel plates, aluminum alloy plates, copper plates, etc. The work piece size is 1550*3050mm.

Machine base is heavy duty type plate welding machine base, After welding,process with high temperature (800 degree) annealing treatment eliminates internal stress. So that after Long-term operation of the machine, the machine base will not be deformed or cracked.

The smoke exhaust design of the machine adopts negative pressure and partitioned design to exhaust smoke. It can ensure that the laser head will not be affected by the smoke inside the machine cover.

The installation process of the mechanical parts such as the guide rail and the rack is all involved with the laser interferometer, and the installation accuracy can reach 0.01mm.
