It can process seamless cold drawn pipes, welded cold drawn pipes, hot-rolled steel pipes, and cast steel pipes. The tool, guide block, and rolling mechanism dimensions can be easily and quickly adjusted separately. After the system is processed, the scraping tool holder is controlled by pneumatic to ensure that the processed surface is not damaged. Adopting an efficient patent combination design, it integrates two processes of precision scraping and rolling, which can complete the processing of steel pipes in one go, greatly improving processing efficiency. It is more than 20 times that of traditional honing and 5-10 times that of ordinary deep hole boring machines. At the same time, the tool life is longer. After processing, the surface hardness of the product increases by about 30%, the accuracy can reach IT80 level or above, and the surface roughness can reach Ra0.05-0.2um. Improve fitting accuracy, reduce wear, and extend the service life of parts. After rolling, the oil cylinder is corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant, with a smooth surface like a mirror, which can improve the service life of sealing rings or seals.
